The client is the NHS also known as The National Health Services. It was founded in 1948 just after ww2 they are here to help others with our health and wellbeing they specialize in many things they support us to keep mentally and physically well. The NHS have also been involved in many previous campaigns for example change 4life is one of the campaigns that is involved with the NHS.

 ​The NHS audience can range between all ages for example the audience that is focused on is 16 – 20 for this specific project. The NHS also supports the Better Health as beter Health also supports in having a better and healthy lifestyle they exist to motivate and enable the nation to lead a healthy lifestyle. The change 4life is now become a part of Better Health and has a brand-new look. The reason why the NHS support these campaigns is that they all make good and supportive message change 4life supports eating well and moving more that campaign is aiming towards the younger audience.

​ As for Better Health who support healthy lifestyle for the older ages the help in a range of problems like smoking, drinking, obesity and many more. The NHS has a range of services to help many clients this can include sexual health services, Help with health costs, Dentists, Opticians, Alcohol Addiction and Health care for the armed forces.​




The NHS was founded by Aneurin Bevan, who was the UK minister of health from 1945 to 1951, who believed that everyone in a civilized society should have access to free healthcare regardless of class or what they earn. The NHS was the first free healthcare system in the world and paved the way for other systems in other parts of the worlds.

The NHS is one the largest employers in the UK with over 1.5 million employees across the UK, jobs associated with the NHS include ambulance drivers' psychologists, nurses, doctors, surgeons and many more.

Due to the NHS life expectancy of the average citizen has increased from 63 for males and 70 for women, to 79 for males and 83 for women, this shows a clear impact to the average person's life from the NHS. 

The NHS endured the pandemic caused by Covid-19 and has undoubtable saved many lives due to their relatively quick response to the virus including helping to develop the vaccine for Covid 19. Many NHS facilities struggled through the pandemic due to large amounts 
Of patients and limited spaces to care for them.

After the pandemic, the NHSis attempting to combat the rising obesity rates caused by the pandemic and lack of exercise during the lockdowns, the “Better health” campaign encourages families to become more active and change their lifestyles for the better in order to reduce the cases of serious diseases caused by obesity.
